Please call our office to register as a new patient. Our staff will create your account and walk you through the process of booking appointments and accessing your prescription and invoice history.

Existing Patients

If you’re a current patient of Guthrie Optometry, an account is already set up for you. You’ll need to first call our office at 519-945-8000 to obtain your username and password. In addition to online booking, you will have access to your account information and your eyeglasses prescription.
